this is only the beginning

Here we are... I finally learned enough XML to intelligently import all my diaryland entries into my diary application. Wooo!

This URL will likely change soon, but I'll probably just write some redirect rules or something to forward it around...



So far, my diary application supports searching, previous and next navigation (needs to be rewritten, as it is currently a huge kluge), the ability to reply to an entry (needs some work to make it prettier), favorite diaries, and a not-so-bad, preliminary administrative section (that you can't see yet).

Really, it was just an excuse to learn PEAR's database abstraction, error handling, and Integrated Template classes... and also phpdoc.

It needs lots more work (especially if it'll be multiuser, which is definitely possible)... perhaps in the summer when I have more time and am bored (oh, how I long to be bored...).
