The Return of Mutt.
June 04, 2003, 03:06 pmI ran apt-get update && apt-get upgrade today (148 MB of updates!) and my evolution broke! Oh well. The only reason I started using it was so that I could sync my contacts via bluetooth with my cell phone, and since my computer at work (where I'm using evolution) doesn't even have USB with which to use my bluetooth adapter, there's really no reason to be bothering with evolution anymore.
So I'm back to mutt and it's good to be back. Thankfully, evolution stored all my mail in mbox format, so it was really easy to switch my evolution mailboxes to my preferred mutt structure.
I also added some stuff to my ~/.mailcap so that I can load HTML documents in a MozillaFirebird tab. It goes a little somethin' like this:
text/html;/usr/bin/gnome-moz-remote --remote=OpenURL(file://%s,new-tab)
Where am I going to go with mutt in the future? I think it's about time to get off my ass and start using GPG!
