The Old Entries are Back.
June 05, 2003, 11:06 amI've imported all 227 of my previous diary entries. It was pretty easy. I took a backup from mysqldump and loaded the table and entries into my database, deleted the entries that weren't mine (I hosted diaries for other people with the same application), and used a little INSERT INTO ... SELECT magic to get it going.
I also added my old favicon, the fleur-de-lis that Jesse made me. Right now it's just a PNG, so it doesn't show up in IE, but all Gecko-based browsers can see it okay.
I really need to get off my ass and improve the CMS aspects of Enterport. I've been meaning to make a full-text search function that works with both MySQL and SQL Server 2000. It would probably only take me half an hour to write it and update my tables. I'm so lazy.
