Mario Hoops 3-on-3 (known as Mario Basket 3-on-3 in Japan) is awesome and really fun to play. I'm very impressed at the detail and graphics and sound.
Castlevania: Symphony of the Night is still freaking awesome despite being released nearly ten years ago. Also, it's totally playable on PSX emulators such as ePSXe (which is really awesome because Castlevania: SotN and Metal Gear Solid are probably the only good games for PSX).
