My New Cable Wraps Arrived!

Friday, there was a cookout at the Merediths Ranch, and while I missed the majority of it, I came home just in time for a little singing and guitar playing out on the patio with Jason and Shawna from IamIs. And Joe would start playing some song and then I'd run into the house and grab my singing saw or harmonica or glockenspiel. Haha. It was a lot of fun.
Saturday, I slept in late, had a shower, and then walked to Kroger to get breakfast with Nickie. We walked around the neighborhood and hung out in Beechwood Park. It's not much of a park, but at least it has swings. My nose and forarms got a little sun and were pink.
Saturday night, we played our show at Crescent Hill Baptist Church and it was as fun as I expected. There were 431 kids there! And so many people watched us and sang along and screamed! It was awesome! We sold the rest of our CDs and a bunch of shirts. I think we're going to have a new shirt design soon!
Sunday morning, I slept late again, and walked to Kroger again. Then I met Nickie on Bardstown Rd. and we went to Cherokee Park where we watched a bunch of dogs, got lost, hung out on a bridge, got found, and then got out (no thanks to crazy Mr. 5 O'Clock!). Then it was ice cream. And then it was a Resident Evil movie marathon. Oh, Milla Jovovich. So hot. And her commentary is soooo disappointing. Then we listened to records. In sum: total fun!
I just placed our order for another pressing of our EP. And we're getting new shirts. And since we're almost out of buttons, maybe we'll get new buttons too! I'm telling you, this merch business is very exciting!
