March 15, 2002, 02:07 pmSo yesterday, I was so excited about coming into work, 'cause I was wearing my Straight Edge Means I Have No Friends t-shirt, and Jesse was the only one in the office! They're all missing out!
I'm being a bit devious at work... I don't have anything to "officially" work on, but I needed to checkout PEAR's database abstraction and error handling classes. Soooooo, I decided that it'd be okay if I worked on my diary application... 'cause I need to mess around with these new classes anyway, and there's no better way to do that than to actually write an application! Ha.
Needless to say, it's coming along quite nicely. I think I'll probably get it in a good state by the end of the day. Then I'll start doing the craziness.... so if you check my diary and it's an XML document, don't freak out, 'cause I'm doing it on purpose!
Today is my father's 53rd birthday. It's weird. I haven't gotten him anything yet and I am having no ideas.... I guess I'll think of something.
I'm going to write a song that goes like this: I love girls in argyle socks.
