I Can't Help But Smile.
March 25, 2004, 12:34 pmLast night, Amber and I met at the mall. I confessed that last week I actually said aloud, “I have nothing to wear.” We walked around to stores (man, there are some really unattractive guys clothes!). I got some new shoes, Sauconies (which I've discovered is pronounced sock-a-knee, not sauce-a-knee; named after a river!).
In addition to looking at shoes/clothes, we went to some "stores with nice things": furniture, kitchen things, you know what I'm talkin' about.
Then we ate at Whole Foods and it was really damned good! I think I saw my sister's middleschool/early-highschool friend Susan R. (I think she's married now, so I guess her last name initial is no longer "R", but probably something else!). For some reason, when I saw her I felt the urge to just hide, hide, hide! Haha. Why would I care?
Next, we went to Amber's and she played with her incredibly fancy camera and ridiculously fancy flash! We had ourselves a little myspace photo shoot. Haha. And a little K-Fest (not to be confused with KrazyFest)!
My mom always complains that in almost every picture of me since I was in middleschool, I never, ever smile. But when Amber takes my picture, I can't help but smile. I just smile a lot around her. Haha.
