So, what have I been up to?

Monday, I washed and waxed my new car. The last (and only!) time I waxed a car was around six years ago, waxin' the Oldsmobile Cutlass Salon (oh yeah!). It was generally painless.

I got the Flaming Lips' Fight Test and I really love it. I love their covers of The Golden Age (which is one of my favorite songs on Sea Change) and Knives Out. I wish that I had seen them when they toured with Beck.

I'm getting psyched about seeing the Elephants this Friday. And after that, I'm going to my parents' cabin all next week. I haven't had any time off in a long time. I'm going to take some guitars, my computer, some books. It's going to be awesome.
