Sometimes I wonder if Jamie Zawinski (aka jwz) feels guilty for creating the <blink> tag. I mean, it's really not his fault; if he hadn't created the blink tag, someone else would have and they might have made it worse. Like included options for blinking at different rates (maybe I should shutup before I give someone a horrible idea that I'll have to live with for the rest of my life!). I wonder if jwz wakes up in the middle of the night, trying to reassure himself that there are valid uses for the <blink> tag. Scary.
