Guitar and Videogames.

I've been replaying The Legend of Zelda: the Wind Waker and it's really fantastic! The first time I played through it, I just wanted to finish the game to see what happened and fight all the bosses. This time, I'm going through and doing all the minigames and getting all the pieces-of-hearts and getting all the treasure maps. I can't believe how many mini-games I hadn't played!

The more I play it, the more I realize that it's a terrific game (although, in my opinion, not as good as the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, but what is?)

I also finally got around to getting Animal Crossing. Best Buy had it pretty cheap and I couldn't resist. So far, it's pretty neat, but I bet it'd be even more fun if multiple people were playing it, or if I knew someone else that was playing that I could exchange fruit with.

I was thinking about the Sunny Day Real Estate song Guitar and Videogames and wondered, “What videogames did SDRE like playing?” I searched google and found an interview with SDRE's Jeremy Enigk:

I hear you guys are playing on a video game?

Right now, Soul Caliber on Sega Dreamcast. It's a really cool, fast fighting game. It's really fun.

Have you played Tony Hawk's Pro Skater?

Oh yeah.

How addicting is that?

Oh, it's amazing. It's the most amazing skateboard game since 720, which was the last cool game. Yeah, the Tony Hawk game is unbelievable, because it makes you feel like you could do it yourself. It makes you want to go skate on a halfpipe.

Amazing! Jeremy Enigk not only has a dreamcast, but he plays Soul Calibur and Tony Hawk Pro Skater. That's awesome!
