another file upload test

This is to check to see if my new “Add Entry” file upload feature works. Of course, I'll also have to change the “Edit Entry” page to make that handle uploads as well (and perhaps add a “download this entrybody as text” feature?).
It's so much nicer typing entries in vim than it is in a <textarea>:
- it's vi (so it's made for easy use!)
- regex search and replace
- ctrl+p keyword completion
- use aspell to spell check
