Adagio for Mellotron.

I finally got to play with my new Mellotron samples: damn. It's so fun! My new favorite thing is to load up the Chamberlain Cello sample and play Adagio for Strings. I'm very excited about this.

We recorded a new song last night, You Took Your Pony Down the Line. It's the first use of my new LP afuché. It's sounding pretty good. Joe's vocals are really soft and intimate, and Mark's guitar parts are awesome!

The Merediths are going to be played on radio. And we're going to be in the "Rock This Town" column of Velocity. Josh, the interviewer, was the drummer for synapsis. The first show I ever went to was a synapsis show, and when Mark and I were learning to play guitar, our repertoire was predominantly synapsis songs. Haha.

I just got back from my grandfather's assisted living facility. One of his prescriptions changed and the people that work there can't touch his medication, so normally my mom has to go up there and load up his computerized pillbox. I did it to save her the trip up. I ran into my Grandfather on the way in; he was on his way to the doctor's office to get some shot. We talked awkwardly for a while. I wish that I could've hung out with him for a while. I think that we're a lot alike and I feel bad for not seeing him hardly at all despite the fact that he lives just down the street from me. I should do something about that.
