A Magical Day.
March 02, 2004, 11:59 amYou may be asking yourself, “I wonder what Jonathan did on February 29th, Leap Day, the magical day that happens only once every four years.” Well, I slept really damn late. And then I watched Tombstone and 2001: A Space Odyssey. And later that night I watched a bunch of Curb Your Enthusiasm.
I guess technically, when Leap Day began I was still at a party. It was pretty fun. There was some dancing. And Katie and I looked at every penny in someone's penny jar. The oldest were three 1959's. We also found a disproportionally large number of 1977 pennies; perhaps there was a shortage in 1976 and more were released in 1977? Or maybe it's just an anomaly?
